1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and digital services operated under the brand NuLook (the “Platform”) by AFFLUORA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “NuLook”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Company is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and has its registered office at:

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any services on the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and the Company.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years of age; or
you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
NuLook reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Platform Services
NuLook provides an online digital platform that enables users to access and interact with services, products, information, and digital tools.

• customer support systems
• related software infrastructure
NuLook reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at its discretion.
Service availability may vary based on location, infrastructure, and operational considerations.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account.
When creating an account, users agree to:
• provide accurate and complete information
• maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• update account details when necessary
• immediately notify NuLook of unauthorized account use
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
NuLook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Users must not:
engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct
impersonate any person or entity
transmit viruses or malicious code
attempt to disrupt platform operations
exploit vulnerabilities in system infrastructure
violate intellectual property rights
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
trademarks
logos
text
graphics
images
software
interface designs
is owned by or licensed to NuLook and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and lawful purposes.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
7. Payments and Billing
Certain services available on the Platform may require payment.
Users agree that:
all payment information provided is accurate
payments will be made in full and on time
transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers
NuLook may use secure payment gateways to process transactions.
The Company does not store complete payment card details.
8. Third-Party Services
he Platform may integrate services provided by third parties including:
payment processors
logistics providers
cloud infrastructure providers
analytics platforms
NuLook does not control or assume responsibility for the services provided by third parties.
Users interacting with third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
NuLook values user privacy and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Security
NuLook implements reasonable security practices to protect user information and platform infrastructure.
However, users acknowledge that internet-based services cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and devices.
11. Platform Availability
NuLook aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
system maintenance
software updates
network failures
infrastructure issues
events beyond reasonable control
NuLook shall not be liable for temporary disruptions.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
reverse engineering the platform
extracting data through automated systems
using bots or scraping technologies
engaging in abusive or harmful conduct
spreading misinformation or harmful content
NuLook reserves the right to investigate and take action against prohibited activities.
13. User Content
Users may submit feedback, reviews, comments, or other content through the Platform.
By submitting such content, users grant NuLook a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
Users must ensure that submitted content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
NuLook reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFFLUORA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (NuLook), including its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or services.
This includes, without limitation:
loss of profits or business opportunities
loss of data or information
interruption of services
unauthorized access to user accounts
system failures or platform downtime
technical errors or software defects
The Platform and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of NuLook arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for the services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in this section shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFFLUORA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
violation of these Terms
misuse of the Platform
infringement of intellectual property rights
violation of applicable laws
16. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deactivation or Deletion
NuLook may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts if:
these Terms of Service are violated;
fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity is detected;
the security or integrity of the Platform is compromised;
required by applicable laws, regulations, or governmental authorities.
Such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or the Company.
Users may also request deactivation or deletion of their account at any time through the account settings within the Platform or by contacting NuLook at hello@nulook.app.
When a user chooses to delete their account through the Platform, the account may initially be deactivated. During this period:
the user will no longer be able to access the Platform or its services using the account;
the account will remain inactive unless the user attempts to log in again using the registered mobile number and completes the required verification process.
If the user logs in again after deactivation, the account may be reactivated, subject to verification.
Users who wish to permanently delete their account and associated personal data may submit a request by contacting hello@nulook.app.
Upon permanent deletion:
access to the Platform using the deleted account will be permanently terminated;
personal information associated with the account will be handled in accordance with the NuLook Privacy Policy.
NuLook may retain certain information associated with deactivated or deleted accounts where necessary for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, record keeping, or compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
For further information regarding the processing or retention of personal data following account deletion, users should refer to the NuLook Privacy Policy.
17. Force Majeure
NuLook shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
natural disasters
pandemics
cyber attacks
government restrictions
infrastructure failures
18. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between users and the Company, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be subject to applicable Indian laws and the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in **Bengaluru, Karnataka.
20. Amendments to Terms
NuLook reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and the Company regarding use of the Platform.
They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the subject matter.
